Social Annual Reports
In the Archives, the social annual reports from 1988 to the present are collected. Unfortunately, most series is not complete. Yet it is possible to build upon the reports collected a good picture of developments around staff and personnel in the organizations.
The sample survey was complemented with other organizations over the years. Click here for the accountability of the sample survey (in Dutch).
The “origin” of the organizations in the database is reflected in the description of the variables in the “design view” in Access. It is important to read this description first before you start working with Archive.
Not all organisation publish their annual reports. In that case, other reports with social data are collected. For example, “social reports” or “general reports”.
In some cases, it was unfortunately necessary to stop the series because of the organization’s policy regarding disclosure of corporate information to third parties was changed.
The Archive Social Annual Reports is available to everybody who wants to use it for scientific research. Click here for an example of an AIAS publication based on this Archive (in Dutch). You can download the Archive Social Annual Reports database here. Here you will find an overview of the organisations and available reports. Below you will find the responsibility of the sample survey, and general project information.
Some reports are digital, others are only available in paper version. Below is the digital part of the collection (in Dutch). The paper reports are available at AIAS.
