CLA partners
In the Netherlands, about a thousand collective agreements cover about 80 percent of the employed population. CLA’s are agreed between one or several employers or employers’ organizations and one or several other unions.
In 2005 Kilian Schreuder has inventoried the signatory parties of all CLA’s which are entered in the DUCADAM dataset (N=3752) and collected them in a spreadsheet. This file is unique in the Netherlands
Information about signatory parties can give insight in power relations, negotiation activities and (forced) partnerships. It can be useful for for instance PhDs, academic institutes and policy-making (semi-) public authorities.
