At the end of its second phase of activities (2000-2004), the LoWER network staged a one-day conference for journalists, policy makers from government, social partners and NGOs, and other interested persons to present the results of its research and discuss it with a wider audience.

The LoWER ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2004
